Go!

Go!

And He said to them, “Go!”… ~Matthew 8:32

Shame, rejection, rage, bitterness, and misunderstanding lied to me for years. They told me I was unworthy. They told me brokenness could never be heard. They told me I would always drown in my own blood — who I used to be is just who I am.

But the truth came like a flood — not to drown me, but to wash me clean — to renew the right spirit within me.

In Matthew 8:32, Jesus speaks one word: “Go!” And every unclean spirit obeys. Every tormenting voice loses its power. Every chain snaps under the authority of the One who rescues drowning souls.

That same word - “Go!” Confronted every lie that tried to bury me. It silenced every whisper that said I’d never rise. It broke the grip of shame that kept dragging me under.

Truth didn’t just visit me… Truth delivered me, reminded me in John 8:32, when you hold true to the teachings of Jesus, You are His disciple, and when you know the truth, believe the truth, and live the truth, It shall set you free. Not Maybe, But Will. Truth reminded me whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

Now I stand — not as the one who almost drowned, but as the one who survived the storm. I stand as the one healed by His word. I stand as the one who carries freedom loud enough for others to hear.

“The Harlot That Broke Free” is not just my story — it’s a call to every man and every woman, young and old — who has ever felt swallowed by life: swallowed by the lies that tried to destroy them — this story is meant to remind you that you possess the power and authority with the strength of Jesus to say, “Go!” And everything that held you down must let you go.

You don’t have to drown anymore.
You can and will rise.
You can and will heal.
You can and will become whole.

And your story — Yes, Your Story — will help someone else breathe again.
