The Detour and The Destiny

The Detour and The Destiny

There are moments in life when pain speaks louder than purpose, when disappointment writes stories that God never authored. Many of us have learned to survive by building walls, controlling outcomes, running ahead of God, or settling for less than His promises. What began as protection slowly became our pattern.

Yet today, God is calling His people back to the place of trust.

For every person who has carried burdens they were never meant to bear, for every heart that has responded to rejection with isolation, abandonment with control, and uncertainty with fear, the Father says: “Come back to Me. The response that kept you alive is not the strategy that will lead you into your promise.”

The same God who guided Ruth through loss, Hannah through waiting, and Esther through uncertainty is guiding you today. You are not forgotten. You are not disqualified. Your past responses do not cancel God’s future plans.

Today we will examine whether our reactions have become replacements for God’s direction, and we will choose faith over fear, surrender over striving, and obedience over self-preservation.
