The Oil is Within You!

The Oil is Within You!

“Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy. Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.” ~Psalms 126:5-6 (NIV)

There are some things you don’t write with ink alone — you write them with tears.

The Harlot That Broke Free was birthed in seasons when the tears fell, the warfare was real, and freedom sometimes felt far away. But even in the breaking, God was planting something.

Every tear became a seed. Every battle pushed me toward prayer. Every prayer became worship. And every act of surrender brought me closer to victory.

Psalm 126 reminds us that what is sown in tears does not have to end in sorrow. God can take the painful places of our story and produce a harvest of healing, purpose, freedom, and joy.

That is why every page carries oil.

These pages aren’t simply words about what I survived. They are evidence of what God brought me through. The places that once held pain now carry purpose. The chapters that once felt like endings became the soil where God began something new.

And maybe that’s why you’re reading this today.

Your tears are not the end of your story. Keep sowing. Keep believing. Keep worshipping.

There is a harvest on the other side of your tears.
